Complaints Procedure

If you want to share your complaint with me, I invite you to consider the following steps as guidance for how to proceed.

I aim to offer a safe, respectful and professional service. If you have any concerns about our work together, I encourage you to raise them with me directly in the first instance, so that we can try to address them openly.

If you feel unable to do this, or if your concern is not resolved, you have the right to make a complaint to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), of which I am a registered member.

The BACP has a formal complaints process for concerns about professional conduct.
